Recap of The Tim Edwards Show 11/30/09

This recap of tonight's show will be brief.  The recording will be on ustream for those who missed it along with other previous episodes.  Tim has an unexpected day off from work due to his employer being under the weather so he utilized the off day to catch up on some sleep and he got some rest.  During the broadcast tonight, he and Sean discussed the PTB Christmas tree and talked with the chat room about some ornaments that were going to be sent to them to put on the tree.  So if anyone is interested, feel free to send Tim and Sean an ornament and it will be added to the PTB tree. 

And speaking of Christmas, Tim would like to ask anyone who had planned to send him a gift this year to please just make a donation to PTB instead.  He says he has everything he needs right now and would prefer to see the donations go to the PTB Foundation and help continue its role in helping those in need.  On a side note, cookies, chocolate and pies are welcome and he looks forward to their arrival (LOL).

Some discusion in the chat room was talking about what type of things would be good to have on hand to hand out to anyone you may come in contact with and are homeless.  Naturally after last weeks recording of Tim and Sean going back to Tim's old stomping grounds to pass out socks, that would be one of the top items that would be appeciated.  Also things like other clothing items, jackets,caps, gloves, blankets, rain poncho, backpacks, large trash bags, toilet paper, baby wipes, disinfectant wipes, bottled water and canned food with pull tops w/palstic spoons.  These are just several items that are easily put in our vehicals that we could pass out when we see someone who may be in need.  Tim also made a good suggestion that if there is someone that you see on a daily basis you can stop and ask them if there is anything particular that they could use. 

That is about it with the show recap, I hope those who may read the recap will also go back and watch the recorded show if they haven't seen it already.  There is nothing like watching Tim talk about his day to make you realize just how blessed we are today.  Seeing a happy Tim just makes my day alot easier, and I am always looking forward to the next broadcast.
